Weaving defects, flaws in woven fabrics

Microscope Roboscope with built-in specific lighting takes 200x300mm sized pictures. With image recognition, it automatically searches for weaving defects and pulled threads in the entire area, calculates their size and generates a test report

The image recognition calculates a defect size of 27.3mm² and gives the X / Y coordinates of the defects according to scales on bottom and right picture edge. An automatic result list can be printed out or stored as a csv file for further processing.
